3mi/23min in Friedsam with the Running Club. Fun slipping and sliding in the snow and mud with the kids.
Tuesday:
5mi/37min in Pisgah with Griffin. Nice easy run. The snow is almost gone already. We saw 2 hunters out there. I think this is the last week of hunting season. I'll be happy when it's over but not as happy as the deer!
Wednesday:
2mi/14min in Pisgah with Griffin. I was going to run longer but the ice was bothering Griffin's feet. Lifted weights.
Thursday:
2mi/15min in Friedsam with Griffin.
Friday:
3mi/20min on the roads solo in the morning. I had a meeting til 7:30 at night after school.
Saturday:
9mi/1:02 on the Putney Mtn trails with Ferenc, Lena, Ellie, and Griffin. Good run. Freezing rain 32 degrees. 2" of snow on the trails. Feeling good.
Sunday:
15mi/1:45 in the Gilsum woods with George. Beautiful weather, 29 degrees and sunny. Feel decent.
