10mi*/67min Back on the track for the first time since August 29th.
I was a little frightened going into this maybe because of the ghosts
and goblins that were out or maybe it was the rust on the old legs. I was happy
to do this workout with Andy and Brad.
16-12-8-4-2 all with 400 rest.
Result: 5:10-3:44-2:24-64-29. I felt great. There was also a freshman heptathlete that
runs for Princeton doing a workout sharing the track with us old guys that are
still chasing it.
