10mi*/65min. Track workout with Andy (James and Boj). 1600-800-800-400-400-400. (4:59,2:27,2:23,70,67,65). 600rest-400r-400r-200r-200r. Ok workout. Felt sick again during the day but not horrible. Chills and aches returned after the workout. I'm definitely sick.
