11mi*/70min. Track workout at Monadnock. I got a
nice warm up in and then spent ten minutes clearing
the backstretch turn of snow. The rest of the
track was snow free. 6x1000m with 400 rest.

workout. The wind was a factor on a couple of the
repeats. My legs felt ok. Not a stellar day
but I got some quality in.
