10mi*/68min - KMS track workout. 5x600 + 4x200 (1:48,1:48,1:47,1:45,1:50 + 32,31,30,29). 200 rest for everything. With Najem, Andy, (Thomas, Fyffe, James and George there too). I'm pretty pleased with this effort. My fitness seems to be coming around. I still have a lot of work to do though. Watched the Bruins at Boj's house. Left at the end of regulation.
