Wednesday, June 5th

10mi*/67min - Track workout at KMS with Andy, George, Chris, Miller, Najem and James. 4x1200m with 400rest. (3:51,3:54,3:00,3:45,52). I had to take a pit stop 900m into the 3rd one so I added a 300 at the end. Not a stellar day, but glad I'm back in a routine. This is the 2nd real Wednesday in a row and the rust is coming off the old legs.
