0mi - Had the Middle School CVL Championships. It was hot and a loooooong meet. We didn't get home until 1:00am! My kids ran like warrior poets. They had lot's of pr's and we set 4 school records and placed in 4 events. The high light for me was when the girls 4x200m crushed their old school record, winning their heat and placing 3rd overall at 11pm. It was way past their bedtimes!
