Wednesday, June 26th

Am: 5mi/38min in Friedsam with Griffin. Pm: 11mi*/72min. Track workout. 3x4x300m. 200rest after the 300's. 500rest in between sets. Result: (51,50,50,49-50,50, 49,48-51,51,50,49). Good workout. My calves wanted to cramp in the last set so I backed off a little. I would have liked to run under 50 for all of them in the last set. Ran with Najem and Andy. We had a nice cooling rain during the workout and the sun came out for the cooldown.
