!0mi*/66min. Keene High track workout. 4-4-8-4-4 x 2 with 1/2 rest. 800rest between sets. w/Najem, Thomas, Andy, George (MC and Boj).
Result: (72,70,2:25,73,72 - 74,74,1:58(600 rigging hard),72,68).
Tough workout. I went too fast on the first set, thinking the 800rest between sets would be enough to feel good on the 2nd set. I was wrong! I rigged on the 800 and cut it short at 600. Did some DDP yoga in the morning.
